Quilts Have Souls of Their Own
As the title of my article says that quilts have souls of their own; well, this is my personal opinion and I believe that they do. This soul might be the person’s soul who have made all those different quilts or may be those quilts developed a soul of their own while they were being made. Whatever the case may be; I really think that quilts have souls because; they can easily capture anyone’s attention and talk to the person in an unseen and silent language. If you ask a quilter, he or she would agree to me a little since all the quilts they make; they develop a special bonding with them. Whenever a quilter engages himself with his own made quilts; those quilts get a personality and this is when the soul is born.
The personality in quilts can be easily defined through what colors they carry or by the interest of viewers. What I mean over here is that quilts are something that demand people’s interests and capture their sight on the first look. Almost every other person would stop for a second and notice quilts and their beauty. Therefore, quilts can easily generate interest in viewer’s eye and this is why I say that they have souls too. I have seen many beautiful quilts and each of them speaks to me in an especial language of colors, block designs, or the history it carries on it.
Quilts are one of the best things that you can use as gifts for your loved ones. You can even get them made on order saying someone’s name or having a certain design or picture on them. I remember gifting a couple of quilts to my parents and they remember me every single time when they use them; usually in the winters. I would say that if you plan on gifting people with quilts from now an that purchase them during the summers so you get cheaper prices since in the winter the prices automatically go up. You can even purchase quilts through a number of online websites but it is always best to visit markets and see the material for yourself.
Well, souls or no souls, quilts are surely admiring and attracting; they are the best partners throughout the winters. Get a few comfortable ones and enjoy cuddling in them throughout your nice sleeps.
